I haven't much to say except that Netscape/Mosaic/WWW is not the next best thing to sliced bread,
it's actually better than sliced bread... by far!!

Linux WWW Info (More to come)
Linux is a free POSIX compliant, complete UNIX implementation for Intel 386 and above processors. Versions for other processors are up and coming. Get true 32-bit multiuser multitasking, unlike Win95. Don't just surf the Net, control it.
- Linux Documentation Project: Plenty of Linux documentation here. HOWTO's, entire manuals, user groups, FTP sites, etc.
- Linux Home Page: A good general info page.
- The Linux Gazette: a source for tips and other stuff for Linux.
- The Linux Library: Misc. documentation for Linux.
- Linux Toys: a collections of nice (in one person's opinion) programs for Linux.
- WINE: the MS-Windows emulation project for Linux. Perhaps the ultimate mainstream application solution for Linux? Eventually will even run Win95/NT apps.
- DOSEMU: the DOS emulator for Linux. The other possible ultimate mainstream application solution for Linux. Even runs MS-Windows (of course your milage may vary).
- Executor for Linux: If you just gotta run those Mac apps. A commercial Mac emulator for Linux (and other systems). A FAQ also exists.
- A page with Apple2 Emulator, an Apple ][ emulator for Linux. Not a mainstream application solution by any means.
- Linux Counter: See how many people are using Linux around the world.
- Linux kernel changes: Figure out what the latest and greatest kernels have to offer.

- ftp.cdrom.com: home site for Slackware, one of the best Linux distributions.
- The Redhat Distribution: Or this could be the best linux distribution... for sure one of the easiest to install.
